We are convinced that Culture and Art are essential in personal development and that of all societies, that it is not just entertainment or leisure. TOP Magazine was created under this concept as a non-profit mass communication medium that offers an open window for free expression in a clear, effective, democratic and participatory way. Our only purpose in Top Magazine is to promote Art and Culture at an International level and to be present throughout the world through the Internet. We hope to God that this new initiative of Top Radio HD OnLine and the Top Alliance group will last.
Top Magazine has a sincere and loyal commitment to society; for this reason we have no relationship with private, public or political institutions; we do not belong to any editorial communication group; We are not related to partisan ideologies and/or any interest that is not collaborating altruistically. We are free, and we will remain so. Therefore, there is no room for partisan proclamations or political propaganda, although, of course, there will be no censorship of freedom of expression.
This project was born on July 14, 2019 in Orlando, Florida, USA as a response to the need for international cultural, social and artistic dissemination and as an opportunity to publicize and discover new talents in all branches of art. .
At Top Magazine our work is what defines us. For this reason, the sections and articles published here are our best cover letter.
